A sealing-component manufacturer needed to eliminate slow, error-prone manual O-ring assembly — which limited throughput, caused inconsistent seating, let occasional defects reach packing, and drove up labour cost and quality risk.

A fully automated O-ring assembly and packing machine. Twin vibratory bowls feed O-rings and mating parts automatically; parts are oriented, assembled and inspected in-line, and verified-good units transfer directly to automated boxed packing — with no manual handling at any stage.
